At Kaizen Medical, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This document sets out the types of information that is collected and recorded, and how we use it. If you have additional questions or require more information, do not hesitate to contact us at info@kaizenmedical.co.uk.

The data we collect and what we do with it

The information collected through our website and in-person clinic consultations includes:

  • Your name.
  • Your contact information, including your email address.
  • Demographic information, such as postcode, preferences and interests.

To understand your needs better and to continue to improve our service, it is important for us to gather your data, in particular for the following reasons:

Log files

We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking movement on the website, and gathering demographic information, all to improve our service online and offline.

Cookies and third parties

Like any other website, we use cookies. These store information including visitors' preferences and the pages accessed, and are used to optimise the experience by customising page content based on browser type or other information.

This website embeds a Google Map showing where the clinic is. That map is served by Google, so loading it means your browser contacts Google and may receive Google's own cookies. Our policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites, so we advise you to consult their respective policies for more detail, including how to opt out. You can also disable cookies through your browser options.

Online policy only, and consent

This policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regard to the information they share or that is collected here. It does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. By using our website, you consent to this policy and agree to its terms.
