About the clinic

What makes Kaizen different from other clinics?
We are a team of qualified medical professionals with a great deal of experience in the medical industry, which gives us confidence in every treatment we perform. We are known for our morals, ethics and honesty, which is why we always require a consultation before any treatment, so we understand your medical history as well as exactly what you are looking for. Every treatment is then tailored to the individual.
Is Kaizen Medical registered with the CQC?
Yes. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, which means we are continually monitored, inspected and regulated against national standards of safety and quality. Our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council and our nurses with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, and the clinic carries medical malpractice insurance through Hamilton Fraser.
What is the clinic actually like?
We understand that medical treatments can feel daunting, so making patients comfortable is a fundamental part of the experience. The clinic is light, airy and clean, and the team is a friendly one, that comes across in the atmosphere. Patients tell us they do not feel intimidated here, and we love it when people pop in just to say hello or ask a question.

I have never had a treatment before. Should I be worried?
Not at all, and it is the most common thing we are asked. We start with an in-depth consultation covering your concerns, your medical history and what you actually want, and we build the plan around that rather than around a menu. We explain each step, what to expect during it and the aftercare, before anything begins. Plenty of our patients were nervous first time; almost none of them are the second time.
Who are your treatments suitable for?
All services are available to adults aged 18 and over, subject to a full consultation with one of our qualified medical practitioners. At that consultation we give you our professional recommendation for what would suit your medical or aesthetic goals, including when the honest answer is that a treatment is not right for you.
What happens after a treatment?
You leave with written aftercare and a number to call. We are available afterwards for any questions or concerns, and a review appointment is included in the price of your treatment rather than charged as an extra.
Getting here and paying
3 questions
Is there parking at the clinic?
We do not have a designated car park, but there are plenty of nearby on-street and bay parking spaces, only a short walk away, and by short walk we mean about twenty steps. If you would rather travel by bus, there is a bus stop directly outside the clinic; take any bus to Warsash village centre and you will find us.
Do you offer private GP consultations?
Yes. Additional services include repeat private prescriptions, blood tests, urinalysis, and the arrangement of scans and investigations. On request we can produce medical reports, doctors letters and fitness-for-work notes. Telephone, video and email consultations can be arranged. Patients use us either as their only private GP service or alongside their NHS practice.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in clinic, interest-free Pay in 3 on eligible treatments, or a monthly Skin Planner membership by direct debit. Referral vouchers are applied automatically. Costs are confirmed in writing at your consultation, before anything is booked.
